RETURNS POLICY 

1. If you wish to return a product, please contact us through the My order section on our website, by calling the Customer Service Centre (93 681 1650) or by sending an email to Info@innerparfum.com, for information about how to return the Product.

2. You may return a Product:

(a) because you have exercised your right to withdrawal within 14 days, in which case we will refund all payments including the cost of standard delivery (not express) corresponding to the product returned without undue delay, and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract (provided that you have returned or proven the return of the product which has been delivered). Once we have analysed your reason for returning the product, we will process your refund using the same method of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you expressly instructed otherwise. You will be responsible for any damage to the value of the product resulting from any handling other than that required to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.

(b) because you consider that the product is defective and you want a  refund of the amount paid, in which case you can use the My order section within 14 days following the receipt of the product. In that case, we will inspect the returned product in order to determine why you are returning it and we will notify you by email that the product has been received and, subsequently, the conformity or non-conformity of the return. In case of conformity, in general, we will perform the appropriate reimbursement as soon as possible. Returns made under this system do not restrict your rights under the guarantee of product indicated in clause 11.

3. You agree to take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. If you do not comply with this obligation and return the products, we may be entitled to claim for compensation. When you return a product, we recommend that you obtain proof of shipment. In any case, we reserve the right to inspect the product and check, as appropriate, the conditions of the return or the defect. Products must be returned ‘as new’ and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund, if the returned product has been damaged.

4. We do not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence, damage to property, handling, incorrect adjustment or ordinary wear and tear. Products sold on our website are intended for domestic use only, and not for commercial use or resale. Neither do we cover defects due to improper installation in your home. Do not delete the serial number.

5. Generally, we will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase. If, for any reason, the refund cannot be made using the payment details you originally provided, we will contact you to request new data.
