1. The price of the products will be that stated on our website at any time, except in the event of manifest error. All product prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the rate in force. The product price displayed on our website excludes delivery costs. Delivery costs can be applied, depending on the delivery method chosen, during the purchase process. Delivery costs are shown separately in the Order section and in the order before making the payment.

2. Prices of products and delivery costs are subject to change at any time, although changes will not affect existing orders.

3. Our website contains a large number of products and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed in the website may display incorrect prices. We normally check prices when processing orders, so that when the correct price of a product is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower price when processing the order. If the correct price is higher than that shown on the website, we may opt, at our discretion, to contact you to ask for instructions before sending the product, or we may reject the order and explain the reason why. If the incorrect price is manifest, unquestionable and is obviously an error, we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect (lower) price.

4. All products must be paid for by debit card or credit card. In the case of cards, you will be charged in our name by BBVA. We accept payment by Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard and AMEX. During the credit or debit card validation procedure, your credit or debit card will not be charged, but sometimes an authorisation may appear on your credit or debit card statement. When you pay by credit or debit card, you will only be charged when you make the order or shortly thereafter.

5. You may request a paper copy of your invoice by calling the Customer Service Centre or by sending an email to facturacion@prima-derm.com.
